With a collaborative and client-focused culture, the organization has built a strong reputation for providing expert guidance on complex Property & Casualty claims, coverage analysis, and risk management strategies. The firm works closely with clients, carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and internal stakeholders to achieve favorable claim outcomes while helping organizations navigate complex coverage and liability issues. Professionals have the opportunity to work on sophisticated claims matters, develop strong client relationships, and collaborate with experienced industry experts within a stable and highly respected organization. As part of its continued growth, the company is looking to add a Claims Manager to its team.
  • Lead and develop the Claims Department, providing mentorship, coaching, and oversight to claims staff.
  • Oversee Property & Casualty claims from first notice of loss through final resolution.
  • Review complex and high-severity claims, including settlements and reserves exceeding $250,000.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for disputed, litigated, high-value, or sensitive claims.
  • Analyze coverage issues, interpret policy language, and provide guidance on contracts, leases, and insurance provisions.
  • Partner with clients, carriers, adjusters, attorneys, and internal account teams to drive favorable claim outcomes.
  • Conduct client claims reviews and provide strategic recommendations on claim trends and exposures.
  • Oversee E&O risk management activities, policy audits, and potential professional liability exposures.
  • Coordinate with coverage counsel on complex matters and assist with claim resolution strategies.
  • Develop and improve claims procedures, workflows, reporting standards, and department best practices.
