With continued growth expected in 2026, the team is searching for a Private Equity Vice President who is eager to lead transactions end-to-end and grow within a highly collaborative, execution focused environment. * Lead due diligence workstreams, coordinating cross‑functional advisors and internal team members.

* Drive deal execution, including transaction structuring, negotiation support, and preparation of Investment Committee materials.

* Partner with portfolio company leadership teams on strategic planning, operational initiatives, and performance tracking.

* Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

* Mentor junior investment professionals and contribute to firm‑wide knowledge building and process improvement.

Private Equity Vice President Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

* 6-8+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development/M&A.

* Proven analytical, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead diligence processes.

* Experience working with operationally intensive businesses or value‑creation initiatives is preferred.

* Interest in long‑term career growth within a middle‑market private equity platform.
