Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned M&A Director to join the Geneva office. This is a strategic hire aimed at strengthening the cross-border capabilities and expanding our footprint in the Swiss and broader European market. The ideal candidate will be a native or locally rooted professional with deep market knowledge and a strong track record in M&A execution and origination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute cross-border M&A transactions across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
- Originate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide strategic advice to mid-market clients, ensuring high-quality service and access to global capital.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the firm's growth and strategic direction.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of M&A experience across Swiss & European markets.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages required (French or German is essential)
- Track record with strong origination capabilities.
