Key Responsibilities
- Lead transaction execution from pitch through close.
- Build and review complex financial and project finance models.
- Manage client communications, presentations, and deliverables.
- Oversee Associates and Analysts while coordinating diligence and deal processes.
Transaction Exposure
- Sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory.
- Project finance and structured finance assignments.
- Solar, battery storage, and distributed generation platforms.
- Tax credit-driven and hybrid corporate finance transactions.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of investment banking, project finance, or related advisory experience.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
- Experience managing transactions independently.
- Renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or energy transition background preferred.
