Overview:
We are currently partnered with a leading middle-market investment bank looking to add an Associate to their Denver office. This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality deal flow across a variety of industries, alongside a strong team-oriented culture with clear upward mobility. You will work closely with senior bankers on live transactions while continuing to build robust execution and client-facing experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models across multiple operating scenarios
- Conduct in-depth financial, operational, and strategic analysis on new business opportunities, acquisitions, and transactions
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A and capital markets deals
- Assist in managing day-to-day deal processes and timelines
- Perform market research and analyze industry trends to support client advisory work
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of investment banking or relevant transaction experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Based in Denver or open to relocation
