The Private Capital Advisory team delivers innovative solutions to clients across private equity, alternative investments, and institutional capital markets.
The team is looking for a highly motivated Associate to join the Private Capital Advisory team in New York. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior bankers advising top-tier private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and alternative asset managers on secondary transactions, and strategic advisory mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of private capital advisory transactions, including GP-led secondaries and primary fundraising.
- Prepare and review marketing materials, financial models, and client presentations.
- Conduct due diligence, market research, and investor outreach.
- Manage transaction processes, timelines, and communications with clients and counterparties.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services field.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
