A middle-market investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its team. This opportunity offers significant exposure to M&A transaction execution, financial analysis, valuation, client interaction, and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of live M&A transactions
- Build financial models and valuations
- Prepare CIMs and management presentations
- Conduct industry and buyer research
- Assist with due diligence and data rooms
- Coordinate with clients and transaction participants
- Review and mentor junior team members
- Participate in business development efforts
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or related fields
- Strong modeling and valuation capabilities
- M&A transaction experience
- Strong accounting and finance foundation
