The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Technology M&A team, with a specific focus on IT Services. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will be involved in all aspects of deal execution and client service, from origination to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions in the IT Services sector.
- Build and review complex financial models (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.).
- Conduct industry and company research to support strategic insights.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, legal, and accounting advisors.
- Mentor and supervise analysts and interns.
- Engage directly with clients and contribute to relationship development.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Strong exposure to the IT Services or broader Technology sector is highly desirable.
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
