About the Firm

A growing, vertically integrated real estate investment firm with several billion dollars in assets under management is seeking a motivated Internal Wholesaler to support its national capital‑raising efforts. The organization focuses on long-term, tax‑efficient wealth creation through private real estate investment strategies and offers a diversified suite of solutions to financial professionals.

The Internal Wholesaler will work closely with External Wholesalers to expand distribution across a range of private real estate offerings, including DSTs, NAV REITs, and other alternative investment structures. This role centers on proactive outbound sales activity, advisor engagement, and pipeline development within the RIA and independent broker‑dealer channels.

The Internal Wholesaler will be responsible for:

  • Conduct consistent outbound sales activities (calls, emails, virtual meetings) to generate interest and set appointments for External Wholesalers
  • Educate financial advisors on the firm's investment strategies, product features, and value proposition
  • Build, manage, and deepen relationships with advisor contacts
  • Maintain an organized territory pipeline, document interactions, and update CRM systems
  • Support sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, webinars, and events
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and compliance to ensure accurate delivery of materials
  • Track industry trends and competitive developments
  • Provide timely feedback to sales leadership to refine processes and messaging
  • Attend select conferences and regional meetings as needed

The Internal Wholesaler should have:

  • 2-5 years of financial sales experience, ideally in alternatives or real estate
  • Series 7 and 63 (or 65) required, or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Strong familiarity with RIAs and/or independent broker-dealers
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required (finance, economics, or business preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage high outbound activity volumes and deliver measurable results
