Head of Marketing Analytics
Title: Head of Marketing Analytics
About You
You are first and foremost a data-focused leader who enjoys both digging into the details and stepping back to look at overall systems with an eye for growth. You have a vision and want to build and own the data function for the marketing team, leading the initiative for the group from basic visibility to growth engine. You see yourself as a go-to person who loves proactively asking big questions and diving into the answers. Your default is to live in the numbers far more than the copy or creative. You're comfortable in martech systems as well as standard reporting/BI tools. You love to ask "why?" and investigate to find the answer. You believe in testing and tweaking, you stand behind your data, and you understand the levers of growth marketing. You enjoy collaborating with the data team but aim to be self-sufficient for day to day programs. You understand the business and always work to uncover insights that drive growth. The ideal candidate enjoys being hands-on in creating campaigns that leverage learnings and improve results. You're detail-oriented and take pride in your work to make sure it is accurate, expertly executed, and moves our business forward.
