We are currently working with a start up Hedge Fund, operating a long-biased investment style, with offices in Hong Kong and the US to source for Investor Relations individuals.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in investor relations, business development, institutional sales or client servicing; preferably at buy side firms
- Prior involvement with investor materials such as pitch decks, DDQs, RFPs
- Native English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day investor relations activities and communication with existing and prospective investors
- Assist in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of investor materials, including pitch decks, fact sheets, performance summaries, and quarterly letters
- Draft and maintain responses to DDQs, RFPs, and other investor diligence requests
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and follow‑ups, including scheduling and preparation of materials
- Work closely with the investment team to understand portfolio positioning, performance drivers, and market views
- Assist with fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach support, diligence coordination, and on boarding processes
- Help manage investor records, CRM systems, and reporting workflows
- Respond to routine investor inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Support ad‑hoc projects related to fundraising, investor communications, and firm development
