Key Responsibilities
Fund Operations & Financial Reporting
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all funds.
- Serve as the primary liaison with fund administrators for:
- Investment processing
- Capital calls and distributions
- Management fee calculations
- Quarterly and annual reporting
Portfolio & Performance Reporting
- Collaborate closely with investment teams and portfolio companies to gather data and prepare portfolio performance reports.
- Support the development of dashboards and analytics for internal and investor use.
New Fund Launches
- Coordinate end-to-end processes for new fund setups, including:
- Engaging service providers
- Opening bank accounts
- Managing legal documentation and compliance requirements
Audit & Tax Compliance
- Assist in annual audits and tax filings to ensure regulatory compliance and transparency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial activities.
Investor Relations Support
- Prepare quarterly investor reports and respond to ad-hoc investor requests.
- Work closely with investor relations and investment teams to deliver clear, insightful updates.
Strategic & Growth Initiatives
- Contribute to firm-wide projects such as revenue generation, client acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
