FP&A Analyst
We are currently partnering with a well-established firm in South Florida that is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join their finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, audit, and operational finance, particularly within regulated and maintenance-intensive industries. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, risk evaluation, and strategic decision-making by working closely with both finance and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews to ensure financial integrity and regulatory alignment
- Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes to support corporate finance initiatives
- Evaluate operational and financial risks, particularly those related to maintenance activities
- Monitor and analyze costs associated with maintenance events, labor, and parts usage to improve cost tracking and visibility
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to enhance inventory management and parts cost transparency
- Deliver actionable financial insights to leadership to drive operational efficiency and long-term strategic planning
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in public accounting, FP&A, or audit, ideally with a Big Four firm or investment banking background
- CPA, CFA, or CIA certification strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms, and data analytics tools
