Client Manager - Employee Benefits
About the Company
We're not your typical firm-and that's intentional. Our mission is to bring fresh perspective and creativity to everything we do, while our vision centers on delivering clarity and peace of mind for our clients.
Our client-facing team plays a critical role in creating the high-touch experience that sets us apart in the market.
Who We're Looking For
You're a top-tier performer who is valued by both clients and colleagues, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
With 3+ years of experience in employee benefits, you've developed a deep understanding of marketing, renewals, placement, and policy delivery-and you're ready to step into a more client-facing leadership role.
You are proactive and solutions-oriented, anticipating challenges before they arise and ensuring smooth execution across all phases of the client lifecycle. You excel at managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and coordinating effectively with internal teams, carrier partners, and clients.
Your attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytical skills set you apart. You're also a strong communicator, capable of translating complex concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging-whether in presentations, open enrollment meetings, or day-to-day interactions.
You bring solid industry knowledge, a client-first mindset, and a willingness to continuously learn. You're comfortable with technology and quick to pick up new systems.
An active Life & Health license is required. A college degree or industry designation is a plus, but not mandatory.
