Business Analyst
Our client, a top-tier Property & Casualty insurance carrier, is seeking a seasoned senior level Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this high-impact role, you'll work directly with industry veterans and collaborate cross-functionally with underwriting, product development, and actuarial teams. Position Overview:
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, product, and actuarial teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support the development and enhancement of insurance products, pricing strategies, and operational workflows.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable insights and functional specifications.
- Leverage data and analytics to support business case development, performance tracking, and strategic planning.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, underwriting, product development, and actuarial processes.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support solution delivery.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with insurance data models.
