A fast-growing, global data provider is hiring an Account Manager focused on the energy and commodities market across North America. The firm delivers market intelligence and workflow solutions that help clients make better trading and operational decisions.
This is a high-impact role combining account management and new business development. You'll own relationships with existing clients while expanding revenue through strategic sales initiatives across the region. The position also includes oversight of a small commercial team, driving performance and aligning to broader go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts across energy and commodities markets
- Identify new business opportunities and execute regional sales strategy
- Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to drive client outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and deal tracking
Requirements:
- 5-10+ years selling SaaS, data, or analytics solutions into energy, commodities, or financial services
- Strong understanding of commodity markets
- Proven ability to drive both retention and new revenue growth
- Highly commercial, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
