Key Responsibilities:
- Develop recommendations and execute ABS trades by leveraging research insights and risk management tools to support decision-making across diverse mandates.
- Achieve consistent excess returns at the portfolio level through a combination of top-down risk positioning and bottom-up credit selection.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trading, banking, and syndicate desks to secure priority access to market opportunities.
- Ensure analytical rigor by maintaining system integrity and conducting ongoing credit surveillance of existing positions.
- Influence the evolution and utilization of technology resources to enhance investment decision-making and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 7-15 years of experience in constructing and/or implementing portfolios within securitized products.
- Extensive expertise paired with strong credit underwriting skills across the full capital structure.
- Proven ability to clearly and concisely communicate investment objectives to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable mindset capable of managing shifting priorities and seizing opportunities under tight deadlines.
