Salary: $150,000-$175,000

The company operates across three core verticals, allowing it to deliver flexible, value-driven solutions to partners across the industry. The ideal candidate has experience in technical accounting, a deep understanding of GAAP, and a demonstrated ability to operate in close and reporting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical research on complex accounting matters (revenue recognition, leases, consolidations, etc.)
- Oversee the development and refinement of global accounting policies to ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control requirements
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, including footnote preparation, audit requests, and disclosure reviews
- Collaborate closely with teams across Finance, FP&A, Legal and Operations to assess the accounting implications of new initiatives and business activities
- Lead the implementation of new accounting standards, including planning, impact assessments, and stakeholder communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally technical accounting or Big 4 experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting frameworks
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and leadership, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
