A global investment platform focused on providing asset‑based credit solutions to help companies scale through key growth inflection points is looking to add a Senior Originations professional to help lead US Sourcing efforts. Headquartered in the U.S. with international presence, the firm partners with high‑quality businesses by offering flexible, structured credit capital.
This individual will report directly to senior leadership and play a central role in building and shaping the deal pipeline. The ideal candidate brings deep private credit origination expertise, strong industry relationships, and a demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and cultivate high‑quality lending opportunities. This is a strategic, externally‑facing role with meaningful impact on the firm's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Origination & Deal Sourcing: Lead U.S. origination strategy by sourcing high‑quality asset‑based finance opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and engagement with sponsors, intermediaries, founders, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Build and expand long‑term relationships across the private equity, founder‑led, advisory, and intermediary ecosystem to drive sustainable deal flow.
  • Market Research & Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market mapping to identify emerging lenders, high‑growth sectors, and new channels for deal sourcing across sponsor‑backed and non‑sponsor opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Background in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or a market‑facing role within an investment firm
  • Strong understanding of private credit and asset‑based lending
