Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential leads, especially through social media platforms

  • Perform outbound phone outreach to engage prospects

  • Log activity, progress, and follow-ups in the team's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Participate in or facilitate sales training sessions

  • Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to overall team goals and multiple revenue streams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for sales, relationship-building, and financial markets

  • Self-starter with the drive to succeed in a high-energy sales environment

  • Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and client service best practices

  • Prior experience with the company's products and services is a plus
