Senior Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential leads, especially through social media platforms
Perform outbound phone outreach to engage prospects
Log activity, progress, and follow-ups in the team's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
Participate in or facilitate sales training sessions
Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to overall team goals and multiple revenue streams
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development or sales
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sales, relationship-building, and financial markets
Self-starter with the drive to succeed in a high-energy sales environment
Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and client service best practices
Prior experience with the company's products and services is a plus
