The Role
We're looking for a Quant Trader who wants to be more than an employee-someone who wants to be a partner.
You will have full autonomy to research, model, and deploy strategies while working alongside engineers and researchers who move fast, think independently, and favour clear logic over politics. This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership and is hungry to see their ideas deployed in live markets.
What You'll Do
- Research, design, and implement quantitative trading strategies (mid-frequency, intraday, or fully automated depending on your expertise).
- Develop and backtest models using robust statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Analyse market microstructure and identify new sources of alpha.
- Work closely with the founding team to shape our technology stack, trading architecture, and risk framework.
- Deploy strategies end-to-end with full ownership and transparency.
- Scale PnL with the freedom and resources to experiment rapidly.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in quantitative trading, strategy research, or systematic portfolio construction.
- Strong programming skills (Python, C++, Rust, or similar).
- Deep understanding of market data, execution, and model evaluation.
- Proven ability to generate ideas and validate them through data.
- Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable with ambiguity and excited by building from scratch.
- A long-term perspective on ownership, partnership, and aligned incentives.
