Head of Investor Relations Healthcare/Biotech Fund
We have partnered with a Healthcare focused cross over fund, looking for a Head of Investor Relations Professional. The firm has 15 + years of track record and are sourcing individuals to primarily focus on USD fund raising.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in fundraising, capital formation or business development roles; preferably with buyside firms
- Native/near native Mandarin; Fluent English
- track record raising capital in USD
- Prior exposure to healthcare, biotech, life sciences or cross over strategies is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the firm's investor relations activities, supporting capital raising and ongoing investor engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
- Develop and maintain clear, consistent investor communications regarding the firm's strategy, performance, and positioning
- Prepare and oversee investor materials, including presentations, reports, due diligence responses, and periodic communications
- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and diligence processes in collaboration with the investment team
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with investors and other external stakeholders
- Work closely with senior management and investment professionals to align messaging and ensure accurate representation of the firm
- Support fundraising initiatives across existing and new investment strategies
- Partner with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) to ensure investor communications and fundraising activities adhere to relevant requirements
- Provide feedback from investors to senior management to support strategic planning and business development
