Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage all operational functions including trade operations, fund set up, SMA set up and brokerage and custodian management.
- Collaborate with CEO and investment team to align operational strategy with business growth.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and establish robust internal control frameworks.
- Manage and oversee Risk, Legal and Compliance and IT functions.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience leading the Operations function within a hedge fund or seeding platforms.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, trade life-cycle, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in setting up operational processes for a new or growing fund is highly preferred.
- Experience overseeing multiple middle or back office functions is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
