Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage all operational functions including trade operations, fund set up, SMA set up and brokerage and custodian management.
• Collaborate with CEO and investment team to align operational strategy with business growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and establish robust internal control frameworks.
• Manage and oversee Risk, Legal and Compliance and IT functions.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience leading the Operations function within a hedge fund or seeding platforms.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, trade life-cycle, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in setting up operational processes for a new or growing fund is highly preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple middle or back office functions is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
