Overview

A leading financial institution in Dubai is seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial Fixed Income Salesperson with a strong focus on credit markets. This role is ideal for a mid‑level professional with established relationships across the Middle East who can quickly integrate into an active platform with existing client lines. The successful candidate will help expand the firm's regional presence by deepening relationships and originating high‑quality fixed income flow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and execute credit-focused fixed income trades across regional institutional clients.
  • Leverage existing relationships across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and the wider GCC to grow business and enhance client coverage.
  • Operate as a plug‑and‑play salesperson, benefiting from pre‑approved client lines to drive immediate revenue impact.
  • Provide clients with market colour, trade ideas, and credit product insights spanning IG, HY, EM credit, and structured solutions.
  • Collaborate with trading, research, and structuring teams to deliver tailored credit solutions.
  • Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities across the institutional client base.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, communication, and client servicing.

  • Pension Funds & Sovereign Entities
    (Role does not involve coverage of retail clients.)

Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Fixed Income Sales with a strong emphasis on credit products.
  • Established and active client relationships across the Middle East, especially Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman.
  • Highly entrepreneurial, self‑starting, and commercially driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for senior institutional engagement.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with revenue accountability.
  • Ability to integrate quickly into an existing platform with active client relationships.
