Trade Support Analyst
A leading global investment management firm in Boston is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless trade execution and settlement across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
The Trade Support Analyst will be responsible for reconciling trade confirmations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate account-level data such as fee and commission structures. This position requires close collaboration with trading, portfolio management, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of trade and investment-related data.
This role will operate on a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and settle trades across global markets
- Reconcile trade confirmations and resolve breaks promptly
- Maintain accurate account data, including fees and commissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support investment operations
- Ensure timely and accurate trade data processing
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in trade operations or investment support
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and global settlement processes
- Familiarity with Aladdin, Bloomberg, CTM, or FXAll is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
