Territory Manager - Commercial P&C | Tennessee (Nashville-based preferred)

A regional property & casualty carrier is looking for a Territory Manager to lead agency development and drive profitable growth across Tennessee. This is a field-based role with a preference for candidates located in or near Nashville.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a high-performing independent agency plant
- Execute marketing strategies to meet production and profitability goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and agency partners
- Lead agency onboarding, reviews, and relationship management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Support underwriting and marketing teams with field insights
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of commercial P&C marketing or underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines products and agency distribution
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight
- Bachelor's degree preferred; industry designations a plus
