Title: Senior Manager
Compensation: $240,000
- Originate and lead financial due diligence engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence efforts, including quality of earnings, working capital analysis, and financial modeling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate clients.
- Oversee multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership and market-facing content to enhance the companies brand in the transaction advisory space.
All future team members have to
- be fluent in English and (if applicable) the local language of your office location,
- show excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally Power BI,
- have an affinity for IT and working digitally, and
- show drive and ownership, as well as a high interest in entrepreneurial action, unconventional thinking, implementation orientation, and a "hands-on" mentality.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable fields.
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or Auditing, ideally in the Big 4 or Next 10 environment.
- Profound expertise and proven track record in Corporate Finance / Financial Due Diligence / Accounting, possibly supported by completed professional exams (e.g., CPA, CFA or local equivalents).
