Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for C-level and senior leadership positions across multiple business units and portfolio companies.
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, industry leaders, and external search partners.
- Drive proactive talent mapping and pipeline development for critical leadership roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and uphold confidentiality throughout the process.
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably within investment, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of leadership competencies and organizational dynamics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail and discretion.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred.
