We are partnering with a high-growth investment firm operating across borders in the asset management and private capital space. They're expanding their team and looking to hire a Mandarin-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist who can drive strategic hiring across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has a passion for building world-class teams.


What does the role involve?

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Proactively headhunt top-tier talent from global firms, especially within the technology, finance, and investment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across APAC and internationally.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence and contribute to workforce planning.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment data and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

What experience do you need?

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within financial services, consulting, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Strong track record of headhunting international talent and engaging passive candidates.
  • Comfortable working independently and traveling across the region.
  • Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, AI-based sourcing).
