The team is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Actuarial Financial Reporting function, where you'll focus on valuation and financial reporting and gain exposure to impactful, high-visibility work. Additional details are below:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculate U.S. Stat, Tax, and GAAP reserves
- Analyze balances, sensitivities, and earnings impacts
- Maintain and enhance SOX and financial controls
- Perform assumption change impact testing
- Partner with Model Development on updates
- Collaborate with IT/data teams on transformation initiatives
- Support Asset Adequacy Analysis
- Assist with audits and regulatory requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of actuarial experience (life & annuity)
- Strong knowledge of annuity or life products; Stat/GAAP valuation preferred
- Actuarial modeling software experience a plus
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability
- Proactive mindset with ability to generate ideas
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Financial forecasting/analysis experience a plus
