Senior Manager Treasury & Liquidity Management (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung der zentralen Treasury-Funktionen - sowohl operativ im Zahlungsverkehr, Cash Management und Liquiditätsplanung als auch strategisch im Rahmen der Finanzarchitektur des Konzerns.
- Überwachung und Steuerung von Währungsrisiken sowie Analyse von Liquiditäts- und Finanzierungsdaten zur Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management.
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung des konzernweiten Treasury-Management-Systems Kyriba, inklusive Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen.
- Mitarbeit und Leitung strategischer Treasury-Projekte - von Cash-Pooling-Optimierung bis zur Standardisierung globaler Treasury-Prozesse.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Controlling, lokalen Finance-Teams sowie Banken und externen Partnern.
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Finance oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Treasury, Corporate Finance oder im Bankenumfeld - idealerweise im internationalen Kontext.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Cash- und Liquiditätsmanagement, Finanzierungsthemen und Risikosteuerung.
- Sicherer Umgang mit Treasury-Management-Systemen, bevorzugt Kyriba, inklusive Erfahrung in deren Einführung oder Ausbau.
- Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie souveräne Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
