Key Focus Areas
- Running and scaling HFT / intraday trading strategies
* Trading U.S. & European equities, ETFs, futures, and options
* Optimising execution quality, latency, and order placement
* Making real‑time trading and risk decisions
* Collaborating closely with quant research and engineering teams
* Contributing new ideas that enhance existing systematic strategies
Ideal Profile
- 5+ years' experience as a buy side trader at a prop trading firm or hedge fund
- Proven track record running a book with direct P&L ownership
- Strong background in HFT, intra day trading, market making, or systematic execution
- Deep product knowledge across ETFs, futures, equities, and/or options
- Excellent understanding of market micro structure and execution dynamics
