Secretary to CEO (Chinese Asset Management Firm)
A well-established Chinese asset management firm to appoint a Secretary to CEO to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is a critical role requiring strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to operate confidently at C-suite level.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements (including cross-border coordination)
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising communications and managing stakeholders effectively
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials in Chinese and English
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including investor and senior stakeholder interactions
- Support office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience supporting senior executives, ideally within financial services / asset management
- Strong command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience working in a large corporates or professional environment preferred
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Mature, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
