RMB Investor Relations & Investment Associate
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Investor Relations (IR) professional to join the team, focusing on RMB-denominated investment strategies. The ideal candidate will come from an investment or investment banking background and possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of capital markets, and a proven ability to engage with institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies for RMB-focused funds and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional LPs, including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, banks, and family offices.
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, pitch books, and marketing materials tailored to RMB strategies.
- Collaborate with investment teams to translate complex investment strategies into compelling narratives for investors.
- Manage investor due diligence processes, including data room preparation and Q&A coordination.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activity to inform IR strategy.
- Support fundraising efforts and ongoing investor communications, including quarterly reports and annual meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a related financial services role.
- Strong understanding of RMB capital markets and macroeconomic trends in China.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional investors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
