Role Responsibilities

  • Lead capital raising efforts targeting family offices and private wealth channels across Europe and other key regions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic investor relations plan aligned with the firm's growth objectives and fundraising calendar.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNWIs, family offices, and multi-family offices.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment and leadership teams to translate complex strategies into compelling narratives for investors.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and bespoke investor meetings.
  • Provide ongoing investor servicing, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency and trust.

Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of raising capital from family offices or private wealth investors, ideally within real estate.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate markets, particularly residential strategies such as student housing, workforce housing, and hospitality.
  • Strong network of family office contacts across Europe, the Middle East, or Asia.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly.
  • A passion for real estate investing and a desire to be part of a nimble, high-performing team.
