Medior Financial Manager
We are representing a well-established financial services group in the Netherlands that is expanding its finance team. They are seeking a Medior Financial Manager with strong hands-on accounting experience. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end bookkeeping processes and contribute to the financial integrity of a dynamic and growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle (A-to-Z) bookkeeping for a portfolio of entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Dutch GAAP.
- Reconcile accounts, manage accruals, and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support the preparation of VAT returns, corporate income tax filings, and other regulatory submissions.
- Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proven experience with full-cycle bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
