Our client, a boutique investment banking firm, is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead origination and execution of M&A and capital raising transactions. This is a partner-level opportunity for a driven professional with a strong network and a proven track record in deal sourcing and closing. The firm focuses on transactions ranging from $20M to $200M across business services, consumer products, industrials, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a personal pipeline and drive revenue generation
Candidate Profile:
- Proven ability to source, pitch, and close M&A or capital raising deals
- Existing book of business or strong network to generate deal flow
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation and flexible deal structures
- Strong time management and remote work capabilities
- Collaborative and long-term partnership-oriented
