The organization serves both private-pay and Medicaid populations, with a particular focus on individuals over the age of 65.

About the Role

We are partnering with this dynamic healthcare platform to identify a high-performing M&A Associate to join their Corporate Development team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, including the Chief Development Officer and private equity sponsors, in a role that blends strategy, finance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing the company's inorganic growth strategy, supporting the full transaction lifecycle-from sourcing and evaluation to diligence, negotiation, and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support financial, market, and operational diligence for add-on acquisitions
  • Build and refine detailed financial models
  • Prepare investment committee materials and deal recommendation memos
  • Coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts with internal teams and external advisors
  • Draft LOIs and assist with transaction documentation alongside legal counsel
  • Develop post-close integration plans and support performance tracking
  • Maintain M&A pipeline tools, trackers, and performance dashboards
  • Conduct industry and market research to support acquisition targeting

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Investment Banking
    • Big 4 Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Valuation, or M&A Advisory
    • Private Equity or Corporate Development
  • Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of accounting and valuation
  • Experience with healthcare services transactions is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with QoE reports and operational KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
