We are working with a highly respected buyside investment firm that is looking to hire a Vice President, Investment Operations to join their lean and high-performing team in Hong Kong.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad and impactful role supporting complex, cross-asset investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong buyside experience and thrive in a hands-on environment where precision, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration are key.
🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the full trade lifecycle across a wide range of asset classes including credit, equities, fixed income, and special situations.
Manage and resolve complex corporate actions and asset servicing events, often involving bespoke or non-standard transactions.
Act as a key liaison between investment teams, fund administrators, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless trade settlement and position integrity.
Support new product onboarding and contribute to operational readiness for strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, controls, and systems.
