Investment Operations Associate | Top Tier American Investment Management Firm
Office Location: Singapore CBD
Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute cash investment strategies and maintain liquidity models/reports for traders.
- Resolve or contest collateral margin calls and manage the return of excess collateral.
- Respond to queries from Portfolio Management and Account Management teams.
- Monitor and address trade settlement discrepancies, failures, and claims.
- Carry out the daily setup of various financial instruments, including bonds, derivatives, and equities.
- Confirm derivative transactions using the MarkitWire platform.
Monthly Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client reporting activities.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Drive initiatives and lead projects to improve operational efficiency and trading capabilities.
- Investigate and address inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Create or support the development of risk metric reports to be presented to senior leadership.
