Head of Investor Relations
We are partnered with a growing real estate private equity firm seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead firm-wide capital formation and investor engagement. This role will be responsible for raising capital across High‑Net‑Worth, Family Office, and Institutional channels, while also partnering with senior leadership to build new investment platforms and launch new strategies to support long‑term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead firm-wide capital raising efforts across HNW, Family Office, and Institutional investors
- Develop and execute a scalable capital formation strategy aligned with new and existing funds
- Own all aspects of investor relations, including fundraising materials, investor communications, and ongoing LP management
- Build and deepen relationships with allocators, consultants, and strategic partners
- Partner with the investment team on new platform development, fund launches, and strategy expansion
- Establish and refine IR infrastructure, processes, and reporting as the firm scales
- Represent the firm with professionalism and credibility in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in capital raising and investor relations within real estate private equity or alternative assets
- Demonstrated success raising capital from HNW individuals, Family Offices, and Institutional investors
- Strong understanding of private fund structures, real estate strategies, and LP expectations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building platforms, teams, or processes in a growth environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies clearly
- Based in Dallas or willing to relocate
