Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and oversee a diversified equity portfolio, focusing on fundamental analysis to identify and invest in high-potential companies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to inform investment decisions.
- Investment Strategy: Develop and implement investment strategies that align with the firm's objectives, ensuring optimal asset allocation and risk management.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on portfolio performance, market conditions, and investment strategies for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including analysts and researchers, to gather insights and support investment decisions.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their investment goals and provide tailored advice and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity portfolio management, with a proven track record of successful investments.
- Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent understanding of financial markets, and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
