Role Highlights:
The Director or Managing Director will play a critical role in originating and executing complex debt capital raises, bespoke financing solutions, and strategic advisory engagements. This position offers exposure to a wide range of transactions, including:
- LBO / Acquisition Financings
- Dividend Recapitalizations
- Refinancings
- Balance Sheet Restructurings
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deal execution across multiple financing structures, including senior cash flow, uni-tranche, second lien, mezzanine, and structured equity.
- Manage competitive auction processes and time-sensitive transactions, including cross-border and multi-currency financing's.
- Develop tailored solutions for unique scenarios such as storied credits, counter-party fatigue, and facility restructurings.
- Collaborate with private equity sponsors and management teams to deliver bespoke capital solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 9+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt advisory, or related investment banking roles.
- Strong technical skills in credit analysis, structuring, and financial modeling.
- Proven ability to manage complex transactions and client relationships under tight timelines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
