CRO (m/w/d) Conducting Risk Officer
My client company is a Luxembourg based, AIFM specialising in third-party portfolio and risk management services.
They're currently looking for a CRO/Conducting Risk Officer role to fill for their Luxembourg office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Risk Management team and oversee and enhance risk frameworks, policies, and systems for real estate, private equity, and debt strategies.
- Conduct and coordinate fund and transaction risk assessments, including ex-ante reviews.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management, committees, the Board, and regulators.
- Ensure compliance with risk limits and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related field; CAIA, CFA, or FRM is a plus.
- Proven experience in AIFM, UCITS.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments, risk modeling, and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluent in English (C1), any other European languages a plus.
