Position Summary
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Services Manager to lead their client service team and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth management operations, team leadership, and deep familiarity with custodians such as Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or TradePMR. Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily operations related to client onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, TradePMR), ensuring smooth operational workflows and issue resolution.
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce CRM workflows, reporting, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with advisors and operations to enhance the overall client experience.
- Develop and implement best practices for client service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Monitor service metrics and KPIs to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a client service or operations role within a wealth management RIA firm.
- Proven experience working directly with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, or TradePMR.
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations, compliance, and client service protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
