What You'll Lead
- Managing a portfolio of complex, high‑severity casualty claims with full decision-making authority
- Conducting and communicating in‑depth coverage analyses
- Developing strategic, defensible approaches to litigation and resolution
- Directing outside counsel and managing litigation budgets
- Leading negotiations on high‑value matters
- Representing the company in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and trials
- Serving as a subject matter expert across the organization
- Identifying emerging risks and influencing broader claims strategy
