As part of this expansion, the team is seeking an experienced, driven Assistant Manager of Investment Accounting. What You'll Do
- Support and oversee end‑to‑end investment accounting activities for a diverse asset portfolio
- Lead components of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, financial schedules, and disclosures
- Analyze investment results, performance drivers, and valuation impacts
- Assist with the implementation of accounting guidance and new investment structures
- Collaborate with teams across Investments, Controllers, Reporting, and Treasury
- Provide technical accounting support and help enhance processes and internal controls
- Contribute to special projects and ongoing transformation initiatives as the portfolio expands
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (hands-on investment accounting or fund accounting)
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and investment accounting
- CPA or CPA eligibility strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle complex accounting topics and multi‑step processes
- Proactive mindset with a desire for professional growth and increased responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams
