What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Own actuarial analyses that drive pricing strategy across the plan's book of business
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for finance and cross-functional leadership when they need answers
- Lead project-based work that puts you in the room with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence real business outcomes
What You Bring
- 4+ years of actuarial experience (health/managed care is where you thrive)
- 4+ SOA exams passed with continued momentum toward your ASA
- Hands-on pricing experience (rate development, capitation, bid pricing, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Healthcare and/or Medicaid experience is a strong plus
- SQL or programming chops preferred (Python, R, SAS, etc.)
- You communicate like a consultant, not just a spreadsheet
